This experience has lead to to create a fairly comprehensive handbook that includes many basic concepts of stretching, strengthening, posture and marching basics as well as more advanced procedures and processed to help make your ensemble understand how to do what's asked of them. The handbook is constantly evolving, keeping it current with new techniques and procedures.  The handbook's contents are also quite fluid to better match the needs of each ensemble for which it is used.
